About this job
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
- experience with medical billing
- uploading medical documents/contracts
- experience with provider credentials
- auditing data for accuracy
Responsible for analyzing provider panels and assisting in provider network development. This position is also responsible for resolving moderately complex claims issues and assists in maintaining the integrity of provider information on enterprise systems and may also assist with the day-to-day activities involving the contracting and re-contracting of providers into the various networks associated with the programs administrated by the enterprise.
* Assists Contracting team in analyzing, researching and preparing reports on provider profile irregularities and in producing provider network reports. Handles phone call inquiries from dental offices and gathers data to assist with their resolution.
* Supports Contracting team by coordinating Quality Assessment accuracy and updating discrepancies.
* Investigates, analyzes, researches and responds to inquiries from providers regarding billing and reimbursement.
* Responds to Direct Deposit inquires and requests.
* Responsible for updating provider financial updates for levy's withholds and 1099's.
Contractors will be assigned a task list each day to complete that will include, but is not limited to reviewing new provider contracts, auditing contracts, entering information into database.
