Now seeking an experienced HVAC TECHNICIAN to join our Maintenance team!
This is a full time opportunity with room for growth! Great benefits and company culture!
PAY: $29-$34 DOE
SHIFT: 7am- 4:30pm
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment and controls located throughout buildings. Plumbing installation, repair, maintenance of piping, associated equipment and components located in the interior and exterior of building. Installs, repairs, and maintains mechanical/electrical operating equipment and machinery. Conducts routine and on-going assessments of the building system operations. Performs tests, rounds and analyzes data to assure the proper functioning of departmental equipment. Monitors operation of the mechanical, electrical and other operating equipment. Assist with planning and scheduling of work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Journeyman Level HVAC Technician - EPA Certified/Universal Card Holder
- 10+ years experience from prior work or related activities
- Experience working in a high scale commercial building
- Ability to read architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing prints
- Knowledge of pneumatic and digital controls
- Positive communication skill for working with tenants and co-workers
- Strong Analytic skills for troubleshooting
