Chemical Operator - Grease - Full-time / Part-time

Shift Timings & Salary:

• Started with the openings below.
• 2- C/D shift 4p-430a 14/hr
• 1- A/B shift 4a-430pm 13/hr
• Rotating shift work a couple days then off a couple days, etc. Work Sat, Sun, Mon, the off Tues. and Wed, then work Friday, Sat. the off Sat, Sun, Monday.
• Will be working 12 hours shifts must be okay with OT

Qualifications: Must have following

• Manufacturing experience, they are doing one VERY DETAILED job at a time here and following very detailed batch sheets.
• Mechanically inclined, manufacturing experience, detail oriented, ability to read/write, excellent attendance (proven track record), communication both verbal and written
• Blending and packaging gof raw material and finished goods in order to meet customer demand on a daily basis.
• Ability to preform physical labor (drum, pail and bag, material handling.)
• Example- Dumb 9,000lbs (180 50lb bags) of material into a cooking kettle, normally takes around 3 hours.
• Understand and comply with all applicable internal Chem tool and external health and safety.
• Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds regularly
• Work in an area requiring a respirator.

Work Environment:

• first Day - 4 hours of safety training, 2 hour classroom training, then walk through of plant.
• First Day/Few weeks - will be shadowed by senior person until they are on their feet and able to perform job functions independently.
• Culture - Upbeat, people are not micro managed, large plant and they are expected to walk it for maint. calls. (500,000 square feet), not temp controlled.
