CNC Maintenance -2nd Shift - Full-time / Part-time

Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs in CNC machining department including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC and pneumatic repairs on all equipment (Haas and Mazak machining centers).
Responsible for completing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Removes defective parts by dismantling devices using hoists, hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
Assist in the installation of new machinery, fixtures, and necessary hookups.
May install and repair electrical apparatus such as; transformers, wiring, electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment (phase 3 motors and 480V).
Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories.
They will work in a team of 3-4 Maintenance Technicians.

Have all shifts available all over the twin cities and areas surrounding. Open for pay based off of experienced and desired salary
