Job Description:

Responsible for reviewing billing statements from clients and catching billing errors. Responsible for logging billing errors and communicating with the client to inform them of the error(s). Will be working with the client to resolve the billing error(s) and to pay the utility bill.

Qualifications:

*Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

*Great customer service skills

*Ability to communicate professionally

*Great attitude!

Hours: Full time! Monday through Friday 8AM to 4:30PM (flexibility on shifts).
