Objective:

The Home Care Marketing Specialist is a full time position and is expected to perform a variety of duties in the area of client services. The Client Care Manager is expected to conduct care consultations and perform quality assurance visits in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all clients through quality assurance (QA) visits, phone call, cards and special events
  • Conduct QA visits with clients in person or over the phone according to the QA frequency guidelines
  • Conduct follow up as necessary
  • Meet with referral providers and conduct marketing activities
  • Monitor, mediate and document both client and CAREGiver activity, and follow up on CAREGiver assignments and client service
  • Counsel CAREGivers on quality concerns after visiting clients
  • Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions as scheduled
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGivers records
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, colleagues and CAREGivers
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential referral sources
  • Periodic weekend on-call rotation
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum two years experience in senior care field
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
Compensation and Benefits:
