About this job

We are looking for an HR Specialist to lead our recruitment and retention efforts.  This position will be a key staff member for our office and is vital to the success of our organization.

This position is expected to perform a variety of duties for the recruitment of CAREGivers.  The Specialist is expected to recruit, screen, hire, train, and engage a staff of CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.  In addition to recruitment and retention, the position will be responsible for all HR related activities of the the company.

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Management, Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • 3+ years experience in the human resources field.
  • Experience with hiring and recruitment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work well in a small office but fast paced office.
  • US Citizen.
  • Valid driver's license.
