Purpose
This position will work with the real estate and construction department with a primary focus on supporting deal execution of new store development. They will assist with market research, maintaining financial models, performing deal analysis, preparing presentations for the Company’s Real Estate Committee, and creating/maintaining store development information.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Job Description:
Purpose
This position will work with the real estate and construction department with a primary focus on supporting deal execution of new store development. They will assist with market research, maintaining financial models, performing deal analysis, preparing presentations for the Company’s Real Estate Committee, and creating/maintaining store development information.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis in financial modeling, proforma generation, data interpretation and business reporting.
- General understanding of the commercial/retail real estate and development industry
- Must be a team player, possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of operations.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong computer skills which includes intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities/projects concurrently
- Conduct financial analysis, prepare proformas, and present findings.
- Perform site research, collection of demographics and preparation of maps.
- Assist with preparation of Real Estate Committee presentations and various real estate strategy presentations.
- Function as a resource for internal and external partners
- Update and maintain store and project related information in various databases
- Assist department head with special projects as needed.
- The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet.
