The Bistro Supervisor role is a multifaceted role allowing you the opportunity to be both hands in the operation as well as permitting key management responsibilities necessary to run a smooth operation.

Role Responsibilities:

Handle scheduling, food/beverage pars and ordering, and assure all safety measures are in place
You will train your team members on service training, waste control, proper food safety handling policies
As the supervisor you will assure proper food rotations, temperatures, hygiene and certifications are all intact and up to date
Our managers and supervisor adjust scheduling needs, monitor overtime and assist associates with time off

Our Bistro Supervisors are there to assist with food prep, running register, cleaning restaurant and any other needs to keep the operation seamless
At all times, the supervisor is the example of excellent customer service and service recovery training and coaching the team on best practices and methods to continuously improve the service scores and guest responses of this key area within the hotel
Communicate to management any guest concerns that need to be addressed
