General Purpose

This position performs a variety of tasks and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Responsible for designing and developing training materials, curriculum, and resources and performs needs assessments and training effectiveness analysis. May be called on to facilitate. May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements. performs intermediate project management tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under general supervision and may occasionally mentor, lead, and direct the work of others. Access to 16 digit account numbers is required.

Key Responsibilities
Designs and develops training materials, curriculum, and resources.
Performs needs assessments.
Performs training effectiveness analysis.
Performs intermediate project management tasks.
May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements.
May be called on to facilitate training.
May occasionally mentor, lead, and direct the work of others.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and/or 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
