The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement.   St. Petersburg, FL area insurance company seeks experienced Bi-lingual Customer Service Representatives for their Customer Contact and Support Center.

 

         Pay $16.31/hr.

         Hours 11am-8pm Mon.-Fri. Possible Sat. 9am-6pm.

         Company offers excellent pay and benefits.

         Temp to hire for the right candidate.

 

Duties Include:

         Responsible for addressing questions from customers on how the agreement works including explaining claim, procedures, coverage details, claim details, and relaying denied claim determinations.  

         Learn to navigate multiple systems, learn and adhere to department scripts and processes, adhere to quality assurance metrics, average handle time, call volume metrics, and properly convey the contract/details to the customer.

         Processing files and data entry for all incoming transactions.

         Inbound/outbound communication via phone, email, fax, mail or chat.

         Responds to and resolves issues encountered by clients and customers in a timely and positive manner.

         Researches coverage verification, missing contracts, and other common issues.

         Gains and maintains in-depth understanding of company products, clients, systems and applications.

         Ensures compliance for auditing and contract purposes.

         Participate in ongoing training.


Requirements Include:

         3-5 years of previous experience in a call center or customer service environment (not retail).

         Must be bi-lingual Spanish and English.

         Must have stable work history with successful longevity and stability at previous employer.

         Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with team members, management, customers, and counselors.

         Ability to work in a team to generate ideas and resolve problems.

         Ability to present professionally.

         Ability to process time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, including data from mainframe systems, makes decisions based on the data, and effectively communicates the related actions to a broad audience.

         Strong computer skills including typing, data entry, and Microsoft office.

         High School Diploma or GED.

         Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
