About this job
Essential Job Functions
1. Conduct Associate bag checks per company policies
2. Monitor and review video footage of all locations. Report any and all violations to LPII
3. Check all camera’s weekly and report outages and problems to the LPII
4. Burn CDs of employee violations, injuries, customer accidents and upon request
5. Prevent losses and damage by reporting suspicious behavior; informing violators of policy and procedures
6. Respond to all loss prevention tips by customers and employees
7. Assist with camera installation/adjustments
8. Maintain Daily Activity Report
9. Assist in securing premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, access points, etc
10. Promoting safety to prevent accidents
11. All other duties that are required and assigned

1. High School graduate or equivalent
2. Must be available all hours of retail including weekends and holidays
3. Valid California Drivers License and insurance
4. Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
5. Must be able to stand for up to 8hrs a day
6. Strong written and oral communication skills
7. Prior retail or loss prevention experience necessary
