About this job

Assists and supports service quality in the organization by gathering survey information from members, and entering results accurately into the database. Other duties as assigned.

1. Assists in the survey functions.

a. Gathers member/employee data for the purpose of analyzing and planning in order to measure and improve service within the organization.
b. Enters data into database.
c. Responsible for coordinating member mailings (ad-hoc).
d. Prepares weekly report of notable comments
e. Disseminates surveys comments for follow up (when appropriate)
f. Maintains service-related supplies for branches and fulfills supply requests
g. Assists in developing surveys.

2. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

a. Completes special projects as assigned.
b. Keeps work areas clean, secure and well-maintained.

Training/Education/Certification:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge:
  • Basic knowledge of Credit Union operations.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications, especially Access.
  • Understanding of Service Quality goals and objectives.
Experience Required:
  • One year experience (Recommended)

  • Well organized.
