Personal Trainer
The Personal Trainer is responsible for providing a safe and effective exercise environment for our Members and guests through supervision of exercise programs, education, and a focus on establishing a personalized program for each Member and guest. Responsible for connecting Members using our steps of service, ongoing contact, and promotion of club activities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate Member and guest fitness needs
- Conduct new Member Fit Quest appointments in accordance with club standards
- Begin by working the as a Front Desk Attendant to network and build clientele
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- College Degree in health, fitness or recreation related field preferred
- Muscle Activation Techniques experience preferred
- Certified Personal Trainer under NSCA, ACSM, ACE, NASM, Cooper Institute, NASM, or any other NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer Certification Program
- CPR & AED Certification required
- Flexible schedule
- Minimum of one year's experience in the fitness or exercise industry required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Group training experience preferred
