Engineering Technician

Setting up testing for engines, evaluating performance, troubleshooting and making adjustments, replacing parts, then documenting results.

TEST LABS:
- They will connect the engines to the testing equipment and perform testing. Troubleshooting is key in this area as they will be responsible for identifying the source of any systems failure. Will be standing majority of the day at the testing tables. Very clean environment and will be doubling the size in the next 6 months. They are in process of bringing state of the art technology to the lab.

APPLICATIONS LAB:
- Very active and physical environment. They will be conducting tests on the actual applications of the engines. They will be connecting thermal couples, pressure transducers, battery voltage, with minimal wiring. Within the cold room it is all bare engine work, straight testing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must:
- 1+ year of experience working hands on in a engine/car related environment
-Computer Skills (Excel/Word)
-Mechanical Aptitude (verified via references)

Plus:
- 3+ years experience testing engines or mechanical systems.
- Someone who is a car hobbyist.
