Job Description:


The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from providers and members that are seeking eligibility, benefits and the status of claims, including troubleshooting problems and resolving issues with billing errors with members and providers and claim issues. This position requires superior customer service skills and significant attention to detail and accuracy.


Responsibilities:


- Responding to phone calls regarding benefit quotes, eligibility verification and claim inquiries from clients, providers and members.

- Handling all calls in a professional manner.

- Investigate and resolve problems for our customers as needed.
