Customer Service Representitive (Inbound Call-Center)

Aerotek is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for a local client located Downtown Jacksonville, FL. We are looking for candidates that want a long-term Opportunity!

Job Description:

CSRs will be handling between 70 to 80 inbound calls per day. They will be handling various customer inquiries and will be required to respond according to established procedures and guidelines. They will be responsible for dealing with customer questions and complaints and involve interaction with others to request and/or provide information, ask questions, and obtain clarification. They must analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to successfully complete tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• 2+ Years of RECENT Full-Time Customer Service, Call Center, or Administrative Experience
• Must have strong computer efficiency and experience working with multiple systems and screens at once
• Must be able to pass all Pre- Employment Testing and Compliance

SHIFT: 8 hours shifts Monday - Saturday (40 hours per week) between 7 am to 7 pm

(Mandatory overtime during specific situations).
