Human Resources Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Assistant contributes to the overall success of the Human Resources department and goal achievement. The Human Resources Assistant provides support in the areas of interview scheduling, job postings, offer letter generation, background check processing, new hire on boarding, HRIS data entry, filing, answering general HR questions, and providing other administrative support for the HR department. The successful candidate works well in a highly collaborative, interactive team environment.

Qualifications:

* High School diploma; College degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
* 2-3 years of general administration and supporting a fast paced functional department is required.
* 2 years of Human Resources/Recruitment support experience is highly preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of Word and Excel desired; experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems beneficial.
* Must be proficient in Outlook Calendaring.
