Seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an Enrollment Advisor Opening.
JOB DUTIES:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to identification, information sharing and qualification of potential members
- Conduct follow-up to potential members who requested enrollment assistance and information
- Document all contacts and case activities
- Provide telephone screening and/or application assistance for state and health programs
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external staff/members
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 3+ years of call center experience
- 2+ years of health-care/medical background working directly with patients
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to current and potential members
