Seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an Enrollment Advisor Opening.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to identification, information sharing and qualification of potential members
  • Conduct follow-up to potential members who requested enrollment assistance and information
  • Document all contacts and case activities
  • Provide telephone screening and/or application assistance for state and health programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external staff/members

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 3+ years of call center experience
  • 2+ years of health-care/medical background working directly with patients
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to current and potential members
