SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE/DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

Located In the East Valley- (Via De Ventura and 90th st.)

Handle incoming agent contracting calls and correspondence from agents, agencies, partners and other outside sources as necessary. Assists agents with various requests ensuring prompt and courteous service.


Reviews appointment applications for completeness to ensure current, accurate information. Initiates and responds to calls from both internal and external customers to obtain additional information and/or status of contracting.


Process new business cases - Verifies agents are appropriately contracted and appointed for the specific state the business is written in.


Follows up on outstanding contracting to ensure all information is received to complete appointment process.


Process agent appointment requests for various Departments of Insurance using NIPR.


Process background checks for agents for various Departments of Insurance that require background check prior to appointment.


Use various state websites and NIPR to ensure agent and agencies are appropriately licensed for the product and state business is being written.


Instruct customers on how to update their profiles on the website. Advise how to log in using their agent specific information.


Keeps abreast of current State Departments of Insurance requirements based upon updates received from legal/compliance areas and updates manuals to ensure up-to date information is available and makes decisions accordingly.


Responsible for training other team members on processes as needed


Special projects as requested by Supervisor.


Processes exception reports generated by various entities (partners/websites) including the no-pay report generated to determine if agent compensation should be paid.


Serves as resource for questions from both internal and external customers.


Assist Producer Contracting Supervisor as needed.


Performs similar job-related duties as assigned.
