Collections

A local company is hiring for Call Center Representatives for their collections department.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience and/or one year call center experience required
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and Internet Explorer required
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task with keyboarding and phone required
• Good Verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to pass 7 year background, Drug test, credit check, (Cannot exceed more than $10,000+ in outstanding accounts), Education Verification, and 5 year Employment verification.

Pay: 13.00/hr.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday- Friday 8:00am-11:00pm Saturday 9:00-5:30pm (Must have flexibility in their schedule to be considered)
• Between 40-50 hour work weeks.
• You will work an 8 hours shift in that window.
