Our client in the Walnut Creek area is immediately hiring for a Mobile Building Engineer to add to their team!
Job Description:
This person will be responsible for servicing a range of locations from Livermore-Antioch areas. On a day-to-day your duties will be performing general maintenance and repairs on these facilities. This ranges from replacing light ballasts, performing light plumbing work, or doing basic PM's on HVAC equipment. Each day/facility will be different depending on work orders received.
*You will be provided with a company vehicle, gas card, tools etc.*
Hours:
This is a Monday-Friday job. The start time can be flexible dependent on the jobs being performed, but will be at least an 8 hour day.
Qualifications:
-The ideal candidate will have experience in Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing. It is preferred that candidates have experience in at least 2/3 of these areas.
-At least 1-2 years of experience is preferred
-Willing to consider candidates who have graduated from a trade school or community college technical program
