This company recently launched the In-Home Advisor Program and are receiving higher inquires than anticipated. We need 12 Customer Service Representatives to join the team to field incoming calls and online inquiries regarding this brand-new program!
Position Overview:
Responsibilities/Deliverables that the candidate will be responsible for:
The In Home Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the In Home Consultation team (In-Home Advisors/field, In-Home Consultation Team/corp) nationally. This includes:
* Routine communication (primarily inbound and outbound phone) and some email with clients, in home consultation team, store locations and local leadership to schedule IHA appointments.
* Operational and administrative support - produce high quality reporting (capturing of client needs within notes section of tools)
* Single point of contact for calls received from the national 1-800 number for the In Home consultation strategy
* Arranges and coordinates in home consultation schedules, meetings and appointments for the In Home Consultation team (In-Home Advisor role)
* Provides support as the primary point of contact for all In Home Consultation leads generated in stores, online or in bound calls
* Updates customer profiles in CRM as new information becomes available to ensure client info is up to date and readily available
* Can expect around 15-25 calls per hour
