SEEKING ENTRY-LEVEL RECRUITERS (WEST VALLEY)

* Pull candidates from an applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Send email blasts and call each candidate to let them know to fill out the formal application that the team sent them
* Schedule calls with each applicant to go through their application and read through the required script of pre-screen questions
* After completion of the script they determine whether or not to move that individual forward in the process
* Carefully audit packages for quality, formatting and language/grammar
* Send packages to Team Lead for final audit
