JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, purchasing requests and facilities. Acts as liaison between New York and other offices. Also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities with Newsmax TV.
- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally
- Supervises and coordinates the maintenance and alteration of office area and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities

DUTIES
- Ordering snacks, drinks, and office supplies from various retailers (Boxed, Jet, W.B. Mason)
- Cleaning the kitchen daily and restocking supplies
- Greeting guests warmly, offering them drinks, and alerting the relevant Newsmax employee to their guest's arrival
- Inputting guest names to the front desk
- Arranging car services or Ubers for guests (usually for broadcast, but occasionally for publishing)
- Ordering snacks, drinks, and office supplies from various retailers (Boxed, Jet, W.B. Mason)
- Creating labels with company FedEx account and sending out packages
- Acts as an executive assistant when CEO Chris Ruddy works from the NY office
- Plans the company Christmas party - coordinates payment, planning, and execution
- Gain reprinting rights for external articles for the magazine at Ken Chandler's request
Other Potential Duties:
- Conduct the daily On The Street interviews
- Cut video for America Talks Live using Adobe Premiere
- Help publishing with inventory, book sales, and advertising
- Create, write, and produce the America Talks Live news segments
