Mechanical Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

The Assembler is responsible for assembly of finished product and subassemblies of medical devices. They will be working on the current product line.

Job Duties include -
- Set up station prior to assembly by reading assembly instruction and gather parts, tools, and materials based on the work instructions. They will read a bill of materials to determine the parts they need to pull for the assembly.
- Cut fibers that are put inside the plastic unit
- Use the sealer machine to put a clear coat over the fibers and the unit
- Verify quality of the part by using visual quality checks and measuring and testing. Measuring using a ruler or tape measure.
- Assemble sub assemblies and finished product per standard work instructions which can vary in size and length of time to assembly.
- Assemble parts onto the by putting small plastic reinforcements
- Trim access material from the product and verify quality
- Clean up work station before leaving
