Autotmotive Call Center Rep - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a call center representative for the retail division of a Fortune 500 company's customer care department to start work ASAP.

**Automotive knowledge and/or some level of sales experience is strongly preferred!**

Job Description/Requirements:
-Field incoming calls from commercial accounts.
-Calls might consist of customers who are inquiring about product damage, discrepancies on a receipt for returned items, or general questions about products or inventory availability
-Take calls from customers who are unable to access their site to order parts/products
-Ability to handle customers' random, one-off situations
-Comfortability handling calls from upset customers as a good portion of the calls will be from disgruntled customers

Pay: $12 - $14 an hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Rotating 1st shift with latest shift ending at 7:00 p.m.
