Warehouse Coordinator

-The Warehouse Coordinator position will conduct duties such as inventory control, order fulfillment, kit pulling, and help with the development of a new position for RMA/RTV processing. This individual will help coordinate the receipt of Return Material, assist with the Material Review process for Returned Material, and process Warranty Purchase Orders for material that will be (RTV) Returned to Vendor.

When a truck arrives, they will assist unloading/receiving the materials.
-Verify materials
-Receiving in computer inventory system
-Fill out forms to check into inventory as well
-Work with the review board to establish whether or not the materials pass inspection and can be stocked into inventory or need to be returned to supplier for not being compliant or damaged.
-If good, go stock materials.
-If bad, create RMA for damaged parts
-Have email and phone contact with suppliers to track orders or deal with RMA issues

-Main focus will be RMA processing but in slower times, they will be helping stock inventory.
-20-25 hours a week will be with RMA's and the rest will be with general inventory.

Forklift experience is a plus!
