Insurance Claims Processor - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

- Identifies and analyzes problem accounts, determines solutions and implements corrections to result in accurate processing/payment of claims.
- Coordinates computer system functionality in order to obtain reimbursement while working with a variety of complex billing issues.
- Has a working knowledge of payers knowing payer specific policies and procedures.
- Makes important decisions and determination of proper adjudication by the payers for claims.
- Works in a fast-paced, office environment with high productivity and accuracy standards that requires focus and concentration on tedious details and research.
- Recognizes the varying time frame requirements as assigned by payer and is the primary line of defense against any timely filing potential losses
- Shares concerns identified along with suggested solutions with team lead/management for resolution
- Manages denial, aged, no response, and "at risk" account work-queues
- Reports any erroneous processing trends by payer to team lead/management

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay:

$12.00 per hour + Full Benefits
