About this job
One of Aerotek's clients is looking to hire experience Mechanical Assemblers.
Candidate will be expected to perform lifting up to 50 lbs, put materials onto a table and use trained and measurement methods to ensure proper thickness, temperature etc. Candidates will set up and run testing on parts and generate QC reports via a computer.
Will be assembling mechanical parts for shipping.
Candidates will be expected to hang materials on a line manually, and only forklift operators will be expected to move bulkier materials and finished product
Candidates will be working to complete the fabrication part of their business for various stages in the assembly process of rail-car bearings etc.
Candidates will work with machinery and around work stations that will require the use of a mouse and a computer for basic data entry when necessary.
Must be available to work Mon-Sat 7pm - 7am
Must Pass Math and English assessment
Must have solid previous Manufacturing experience
