- Contacting healthcare facilities across the country through telephone
- Set on-site appointments for our scan techs to copy paper or electronic medical records
- Complying with HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) ensuring the right to privacy for patient's records
- Requesting the facility to provide copies by mail or fax for auditing under Federal Government Rules and Regulations
- Logging all call transactions into the designated computer software system
