About this job

Handles all the issues related to the Company Sales and Marketing activities. Order Entry, Follows up each production, Makes arrangements of shipment to U.S and Canada, Negotiate with freight carrier, Process invoice receivable, Process invoice payable, Examines customer's inquiry and prepares the quotation, Makes arrangements for visitors, Trouble-shoot any problem with other departments to meet customer's requirement on order, Respond to ISO and internal QA audit, Coordinate ISO documentation, Makes and Update the Company's internal data base and reports, Coordinates for the Company's Insulator Workshop, Coordinates for IEEE conference show.

1.1 - Process Order Entry in system. Checks if the requested delivery date on Purchase Order is feasible for Production and has Sales representatives negotiate with customer to extend the date if necessary. Confirms all the information on Order Entry correct and acknowledge the order to Sales Representative.

1.2 - Follows up each production order status to keep on-time delivery, checking with Planning and Scheduling Department.

1.3 - Makes arrangements of shipment to U.S and Canada, using trucking company and any other freight carrier chosen depending on the shipment way requested. Obtains the freight quotation in advance for a review. Tracks the shipment if necessary.


1.4 - Negotiate with freight carrier such as trucking company or broker to reduce the cost and have better service.

1.5 - Process invoice receivable to issue and send to customers with the coordination with Financial Department

1.6 - Process invoice payable such as the ones from freight carriers with the coordination with Financial Department

Qualifications: Seeking 3-5 years of experience in freight carrier, manufacturing, logistics and transportation experience
Excel skills
Computer skills, will be entering orders 50% of the day in their proprietary system
