Research Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek has immediate openings with an established employer in the Pittston, PA area.

• Start Date: 12/4/17
• Location: Pittston, PA
• Pay: $16.51/hour
• Placement Type: 3-6 month contract-to-hire

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing case files.
• Researching healthcare appeals and analyzing data.
• Making informed decisions regarding next steps.
• Taking transferred, returned calls from appeallants if they were previously unreachable for additional information.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years recent experience in social service, insurance, or health-care field
• Strong Data Entry and Microsoft office experience.
