Extrusion Operator

We are looking for Machine Operators to run the Extrusion Lines at one of our largest client sites.

All extrusion lines are very automated. Candidates will be responsible for 2 lines at a time. Candidates will be responsible for the entire process which is set up, change overs, operate, quality inspections, documentation, and loading material.

During quality checks candidates need to be familiar with calipers, tape measure, reading blue prints, and documentation.

After product is made, the frames will be stacked on a pallet, once the pallet is full, candidate will operate a sit down forklift to move them out of the way.

Candidate must be comfortable with standing through a 12-hour shift, in a NON-climate controlled environment and will have a 30 minute lunch and 2- 15 minute breaks throughout a shift. When someone is on break, another employee is responsible for covering their lines. The lines run 24/7.

Schedule is as follows: 3rd Shift - 7pm to 7 am
