Job Status: Full Time

Work Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm M-F (Occasional extended hours to complete some tasks.)

Reports To: Production Manager

POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· This is a lead position responsible for directing the daily activities of a team of ten or more electronic technicians in the diagnostics, repair, and assembly of cell phones, cell phone parts, accessories and other electronic devices.

· Responsible for the training of junior level technicians.

· Provide guidance and direction with regards to production priorities while maintaining a safe work environment.

· Ensuring the highest level of quality while meeting productivity objectives.

· Provide reports to management

· Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes of electronic failures will be key to the success in this role.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Ability to use test equipment including but not limited to multi meters, oscilloscopes, logic probes and power supplies, RF Test Equipment, computers, software and other equipment related to the testing and repair of electronics as required.

· Ability to read technical instructions, flow charts and electrical schematics, PCBA layouts, etc.

· Troubleshoot board level component problems, computer systems and other electronic devices and make repairs.

· Previous cell phone repair preferred but not required.

· Advanced understanding and application of soldering techniques.
