Job Description
Dorothy's Dance Shop is looking for a full-time retail sales associate to join our team. Dorothy's Dance Shop strives to provide all customers with outstanding customer service, knowledgable staff, and a wide range of dance products. Dorothy's Dance Shop has three San Antonio locations. The ideal applicant would be able to work at any of our three locations. Applicants should be outgoing, friendly, and eager to help all customers. Dance knowledge is helpful but not required.
Applicants should be willing and able to:
- Help customers find the products and merchandise to fulfill their needs.
- Help keep the store tidy and clean for a customer-friendly atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory and ensure products are in stock.
- Create visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Answer phone calls.
- Check in and unpack shipments and tag and display products.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Enter and process customer orders.
- Fit dance shoes to include tap, ballet, jazz, dance sneakers, ballroom shoes, and pointe shoes.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Work a flexible schedule to include evenings and Saturdays.
