Job Description

National AT&T Retailer seeking Customer Service Representative

 As a Authorized Solution Provider for AT&T, you will be responsible for making answering and returning calls to and from qualified tenants moving into apartment communities who are ready to establish service for their new home.

Our leasing partners "warm up" their new renter and inform them they have an dedicated AT&T rep ready to assist them. Our leasing partner then enters referrals of new tenants into our website, our website triggers a welcome email to the new tenant, at this time our in house AT&T sales representatives contact the new tenants and help them select the proper plan for their new home.

This is the warmest phone sales position, anywhere.    Option to work from home after 6 months!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in setting up installation of new service when they move in
  • Return customer calls 35-40 calls daily.
  • Receive inbound sales calls on a daily basis.
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers
  • Educate prospective clients on AT&T products and services
  • Answer client questions
  • Maintain record of client contact information
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
