Team Member - Expo, Salad/Sandwich Prep, Cashier, Greeter - Day Shift

Zoup! Wilmington is staffing for its store in the Midway Shopping Center, at the intersection of Kirkwood Highway and Limestone Road.

We offer flexible scheduling, no late nights and a high-energy workplace.

• We are currently hiring for day shift.
• Flexible Day Shifts available including 9 AM — 5 PM (must have food prep experience) and 11 AM — 5 PM. To qualify for these shifts, you must be able to keep up with the pace of an extremely busy lunch rush.
• Must have one year of restaurant experience.
• Hourly pay based on experience.
• Premium hourly wage paid to those with food prep experience after skills assessment - including:
• Peeling, dicing, shredding and slicing food products using manual and electric equipment
• Measure and assemble ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications
• Knowledge of proper knife handling, temperature control, and sanitation

As a Team Member, you will prepare our fresh menu items according to recipes, while serving up an outstanding experience for our customers and enhancing your communication, customer service and teamwork skills.

Team members are cross trained to master all Front of House position fundamentals including filler/greeter, salad and sandwich preparers, order expo and cashier. All positions have a high level of direct customer interaction. A key part of your job will be to consistently maintain our high standards for quality, service, teamwork, food safety and cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Team members must be:

Responsibilities include: Customer Experience

• Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction
• Have the ability to articulate a complete understanding of our menu
• Ability to adapt to fluctuation customer volumes with speed and a sense of urgency

Salad/Sandwich Making

• Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation standards
• Executing proper food handling, cleanliness and safety standards
• Maintaining appropriate portion control
• Fulfilling customer orders within standard
