Position: General Manager

Our commercial roofing company is expanding through a growing reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, we provide quality roofing installation, repair and maintenance services to commercial, institutional and industrial projects in the United States; our reputation is stellar and we have been in business for over three decades.
Job Responsibilities:
● Providing a positive customer experience
● Selling work; our managers constantly strive to grow their operations through calling on customers and building a strong customer base
● Estimating/ PM of service jobs
● The career development of our field employees is a priority
● Customer Service; our customers our number one priority: we require our managers to constantly interact with their customers to ensure an enjoyable customer experience

Required Qualifications:
● 3-5 years of roofing specific experience (installing, estimating, supervising.)
● Ability to overcome obstacles and challenges to drive for maximum customer-driven results.
● Be customer facing, meeting with customers and prospects
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Familiar with Microsoft Office products
● Proven experience multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Proven recruiting experience.
● Operations experience with strong leadership skills
