Job Description
We are seeking a Deli Dept Head to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the Grocery Outlet brand and reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Stock and maintain product 5 days a week
- Order/receive all Deli products 2x a week
- Responsible for maintaining product quality and codes.
- Work with management to create an excellent experience for customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience merchandising products
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Passion for the Grocery Outlet experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Team member, but independent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
