HVAC Special Projects - Department Manager - Turnkey mechanical and refrigeration systems

Location: Fort Myers, Florida Area

Compensation: $80-$100K+ (Competitive base, full benefits, performance incentives)

What we’re looking for:

• 5-10+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC career progression, preferably focused in HVAC/R

• Complex Commercial/Industrial HVAC/R Systems Experience including turnkey system retrofits in the range of $100k to $1 million is ideal. Larger project experience is naturally welcome.

• Mastery of scope, schedule, and budget to track and deliver profitable results on technical projects

• Project Development - Client facing skills to discover and conceptualize the right approach to their project needs.

• Estimating - Background in accurate pricing of complex mechanical projects

• Field level knowledge of how the trades come together from the ground up is a plus

• Technical orientation to adapt to highly technical project environment including engineered mechanical and refrigeration systems

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent combination of trade training and business experience
