Job Description

We are a growing company in the DFW metroplex looking to expand our management team. We work with members of large groups and associations to protect their assets during employment and retirement. Our company was started in 1951, here in Texas, and has spread through the United States, New Zealand, and Canada. We open our Dallas branch in 2013, and have more than doubled in size each year. With our hard work, and dedicated team members, we were blessed with the opportunity to open our Fort Worth location in 2015, and are just now completing the expansion. The has given us the opportunity to welcome two new individuals to our Dallas team who will master our business process to step into a management position and help train, lead, and motivate the team.

 

Job purpose: To train, lead, manage, and motivate a growing team. The individual will be in charge of holding the team accountable, helping them perfect their sales practices, motivate them to reach their weekly, quarterly, and annual goals, and helping them grow as individuals. The individual will be responsible for providing the necessary guidance to their team, be a strong team player themselves, and keep management updated on team performance.

 

Duties will include:

•            Support Regional Director, and perform necessary duties among office

•            Manage and decipher necessary sales processes records

•            Provide encouragement to entire team , while also focusing on smaller cohorts

•            Assist team with hiring processes and new team member training

•            Communicating through management and team members with effectiveness

•            Learn to conduct training meetings and team meetings

•            Provide quality customer service to clientele

•            Master sales process to train, perfect, and manage team

 

Benefits are available after 90 days. Training is provided, and compensated.
