Are you a health conscious, athletically inclined individual who will be able to help spot (lift) children with various skills and most importantly will just simply enjoy coaching in a positive, noisy fun-filled environment then we may be the place for you! We are looking for a few full or part-time Girls Recreational Class Coaches, as well as, Girls Team Assistant Coaches who will mainly support our Girls Team Director in coaching our USAG Level 2's through Optionals and Excel Bronze through Diamonds. We are looking for coaches with an emphasis on these highly regarded intangibles like well-rounded, thoughtful, high energy, customer service oriented, outgoing, people pleaser, dependable, optimistic personality that will put children's safety and the child's self-confidence at the top of their instructional lessons. We are willing to train the right person if your team coaching experience is limited as long as you do have a gymnastics competitive or recreational background. Our pay range is $12 an hour to $22 an hour based on these intangibles and experience.
Charlotte Gymnastics Academy is a customer service, child nurturing, positive reinforcement, health and strength conditioning oriented gymnastics business for children ages 4 to 18. We have over 70 competitive girls team members from Level 2 through 9 in USAG and AAU, 20 boys on our USAG competitive team and hundreds of weekly recreational students. We continue to grow in our student membership and need more help to meet the demand of oncoming wait-listed students!
