Job Description
Considering a career in Sales? Are you outgoing, good at explaining how things work, and willing to be on your feet for several hours at a time, if so this position could be for you. Nexeo HR is currently hiring an Appliance Sales Associate. Candidate must be self-driven and have great customer service skills. Individual will must be a quick learner and be able to study up on products and offers. This is a full-time position. Individual must be willing to assist with other duties such prepping and doing inventory. Must be willing to work on Saturdays. Pay will be based on experience and will vary with commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the sales manager and sales team
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and sales goals
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Be familiar with cold calling and bringing in new leads
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is preferred
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
