Purpose:

o Effectively facilitating conflict resolution using open ended two-way communication with members.
o Continuously built strong relationships with members and encourage them to understand and achieve career goals by providing development plans for growth.
• Continuously provide the best value for every customer through:
o Understanding and exceeding all customer expectations
o Ensuring that the quality of the product is never compromised
• Masterfully conduct the team in achieving ever-rising levels of performance through:
o Setting the highest expectations of performance and provide open and honest feedback that benefits each member
o Recognize and reward improvements while continually demonstrating the personal belief in each member’s ability to achieve superior results.
