General Manager - Full-time / Part-time

● Responsibilities

○ Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle.

○ Set up appointments from incoming leads.

○ Complete Mold Investigations (including mold testing).

○ Complete Job Bids.

○ Follow up with prospective clients.

○ Serve as the contact person for each client throughout the duration of the project.

○ Provide excellent customer service.

○ Oversee operations team.

○ Report back to Owner.

● Qualifications & Skills

○ Experienced in the following fields: Construction, Home Inspecting, Mold/ Environmental Inspection or Testing.

○ Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.

○ Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs.

○ Attention to detail.

○ Self-motivated and understands objectives and is proactive in their approach to achieve them. Looks for opportunities to improve upon those objectives. Does not wait to be told what is important or when to take action.

○ Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

○ Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.

○ Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to relate well to all kinds of people inside and outside the organization.

○ Builds appropriate rapport with subordinates, peers, and clients.

○ Demonstrates persistence by rapid follow-up on commitments. Asks probing questions in order to fully understand customer needs.

○ Overcomes objections and concerns in an appropriate manner.

○ Prioritizes effectively and is organized. Demonstrates this by breaking down large work tasks into specific work activities.

○ Computer savvy: CRM, email, word, PDF etc.

○ A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record.

○ Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Physical Requirements: To be able to perform the duties of the job, applicants need to be physically fit. This position requires physical inspection of buildings, you will be required to:

• Inspect attics/crawlspaces (This is not frequent but you must be able to enter and move around in small spaces)
• Climb ladders
• Kneel down and reach into far back corners of cabinets
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Compensation:

· Base salary $2,800 per month plus percentage of sales (no cap, average $5K-6K)
