Team Leader - Full-time / Part-time

A leader in Industrial Facilities Maintenance has immediate openings for Team Leaders to join their team. The Team Leader will be be trained to Supervise Janitorial crews performing various plant cleaning tasks inside an automotive assembly plant located in Lafayette, Indiana. This is an excellent, long-term, full-time position with opportunity for direct hire and benefits after 90 days. Starting wage $14.50 - $16, based on experience.

Primary Duties of the Janitorial Team Leader include:

• Direct and Supervise team to complete all assigned work
• Interact regularly with key customer contacts including area managers
• Responsible for time sheets and ensuring documentation is complete for all hourly employees on their shift
• Complete or assist in work planning and scheduling for shifts

The Ideal candidate will have the following:

• At least 1 year of Supervisory and/or Management experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Ability to work any shift as part of a regular work schedule
• Stand for a full 8-10 hour shift
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Work overtime/weekends as necessary
