Job description General Manager Forscher German bakery & Cafe
The General Manager is responsible for the total operational side of Forscher German Bakery and Café.
He or she has the power and responsibility and control of the total operational side of Forscher which include the management of the staff, payroll, he does the weekly staff and break schedules, is responsible to maintain the percentage of staff cost at 22% calculated over sales, assures the proper stock flow of the bakery items and kitchen ingredients, makes the orders for the suppliers, does the paper work and filing, Aloha register system, implements all instructions and procedures, the maintenance and repair of all equipment and all other operational aspects and suggests on hiring and firing .
In fact everything but marketing being menu, quality of the kitchen ingredients pricing and promotion and the hiring and firing.
He will report to the owner. He is strongly encouraged to come with any suggestions for change of the any aspects at Forscher. He reports to the owner Chris Odekerken and gets his instructions from him.
