Amazon Marketplace Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Positon Summary

Must have experience with Amazon as both Vendor and Seller

The Digital Marketplace Coordinator is responsible for executing, optimizing and managing the Mad Dogg Athletics brands presence on digital marketplaces including but not limited to: Amazon, Walmart/Jet, eBay and Target. Optimizing revenue from this channel, the Coordinator will identify, resolve root cause and mitigate any issues arising from product data, image management or implementation of channel specific experiences or functionality. The Coordinator will monitor, respond to and resolve all compliance issues associated with servicing the Channel. The Coordinator will assist in increasing revenue from the channel through channel optimization, program expansion, day to day program management and channel specific marketing execution. The successful candidate will be resourceful, display an appropriate sense of urgency, and deliver careful error-free work within reasonable time frames. The position reports to the VP of Digital Marketing with a strong dotted line to the VP of Sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):

· Execute channel specific experiences including Amazon Plus pages, management of the MDA Vendor account, management of the MDA Seller account.

· Manage product data enhancement specific to channel members within the Mad Dogg PIM (Jasper) and monitor publishing of product data to channel partners (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc). Includes inventory and stock status updates.

· Research and understand process and techniques to optimize revenue within each channel partner

· Execute specific tactics to elevate search results, enhance visibility and improve both consumer recognition and channel partner ratings

· Implement, update and manage channel or partner specific promotions, coupon codes and other marketing elements requiring knowledge of the partner Marketplace environments, rules and procedures.

· Complete all item set up, image management and asset transfer for each channel partner

REQUIREMENTS & PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

· Knowledge of and experience with channel and partner specific operational requirements and opportunities

· Understanding of basic ecommerce technology architecture

· Understanding of fundamentals of partner channel management

· Capable of analyzing ambiguous issues and determining root cause

· Demonstrate initiative in resolving issues with understood process guidelines
