What are the responsibilities of a Retail Sales Rep?
- Working face-to-face with retail-based customers (obviously!)
- Identify sales opportunities and provide outstanding support and explanation of services to acquire new customers
- Promote client services in a professional and courteous fashion
- Ongoing, advanced leadership and sales training
What are the qualifications for a Retail Sales Rep?
- Hall of fame work ethic
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Previous customer service or sales experience (1 year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
